The hotel is not far from the city center and the room was clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. Nothing luxurious, but good enough for an overnight stay. The bathroom was large and very nice. A hairdryer is available, but you need to ask for it at the reception. Breakfast was tasty, though the dining area is quite small – if you sleep in a bit longer, you may need to wait for a table and queue for food. The staff were very friendly. Overall, if you just need a place to spend the night, this is a good and budget-friendly option.

clean, toiletries included, staff nice. you can borrow hairdryer and kettle from reception for free breakfast for tasty, fairly good choice. room size was ok, standard i would say. overall good stay, location is about 30 mins by car from.airport, there is late pizza takeaway near by, few grocery stores as well. there is tram station just outside the hotel.

I had a reservation during a busy time due to city events and many visitors. Because of some miscommunication, our rooms were unavailable on the last day. However, the staff handled everything wonderfully! They found an alternative for us and organized a warm welcome, even arranging parking in the best possible way. I'm very happy to have met such a client-oriented team at Panorama. Whenever I visit Krakow again, I will always contact Panorama first. Best service ever!

It was a small room, but very nice and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast excellent, great choice of food and drinks. Free parking right next to the hotel. Good price.

The room was really clean and well furnished. The breakfast corner was lovely and you can have coffee there in the morning for cheap. Really friendly staff and free parking right in front of the hotel. We could see our car from the window. While the hotel is a bit far out of the city, the city centre is really accessible via tram. The station is less than 100m away from the hotel and the trams work at night also.

Lovely modern apartment, clean, stylish and welcoming. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice big bathroom with a walk in shower and plenty of storage space throughout too. There are great views of the city and black out blind for privacy in the evening, and a nice big TV to relax in front of with Netflix, YouTube, etc all built in.

Good breakfast with a variety of choice; lovely fruits like watermelon, grapes, apples, peaches..Room are small but clean. Near the TRAM line so easy to travel around.
